Many years ago, I took a job hosting at one of the top wine bars in San Francisco. I had no intention of staying in the restaurant industry but I fell in love with it. I worked my way up to become General Manager of Bar Bambino (San Francisco).
From there, I decided I wanted to learn more about the “business side” of restaurants. I went to work for AOC SF where I learned the ins & outs of restaurant accounting and financials. While at AOC SF, I got to work with some of the best operators in the city - folks such as State Bird Provisions & Nopa.
My experience at AOC SF led me to UCLA Anderson where I got my MBA. I just couldn’t get enough. After graduating I went on to work with the Rustic Canyon Family of Restaurants. I became Director of Operations of Sweet Rose Creamery.
In 2018, I decided to go out on my own and start mb Hospitality. I want to help operators bridge the gap between finance + ops to create sustainable, successful restaurants.
After 14+ years in the industry, I’ve been lucky enough to work with and learn from some of the best restaurants and operators in the business.
